Trackmania is an arcade racinggame in the truest sense of the word, developed by the French gamedeveloper Nadeo. You have a free version, which is called Trackmania Nations Forever, and a payable version which is called Trackmania United Forever.
You can drive solo, but you can also battle for the fastest time online on our Smurfserver. You are driving in cars which look like formula 1 cars in a stadium. In an immense construction of tracks, which have loopings, jumps, and strange corners in all kinds and sizes.
You will have to avoid gaps and barriers at a mindblowing speed. In stead of the usual racinggames, where you can only choose for a car and some tracks to play with, trackmania contains a trackeditor to built your own tracks.
You are also able to drive a track numerous times till the given time is finished. You can choose to go back to the last checkpoint any time or to start all over again. By example when your car has flipped over, or when your car missed a corner, or just when you thought it didnt went good at all.
At the multiplayerlevel all cars ar racing on the same tracks, but can not collide with each other, or influence each other. If you do not want to see other cars, just press "O". If you do not want to see other players names, just press "~".
The difference between TrackMania Nations Forever (the free version) en TrackMania United Forever is that you are able to download all kinds of cars on Trackmania Carpark. It is also possible to do that in the free version, but other players will not see your downloaded carskin.
You can also add you own avatar and in the offline mode there are lots and lots of extra tracks available.
Trackmania Nations Forever is free downloadable at the official Trackmania website. You can also buy the Trackmania United Forever version there. But it is possible to find that version on other websites as well.
